Do I need to book a consultation?
If the cake you’d like to purchase is similar to one of our cakes in our cake gallery you do not need to book a consultation. Please call us for more information at (201) 272-1922 during our business hours:

Monday: 6 PM to 8 PM
Tuesday: 12 PM to 8 PM
Wednesday: 6 PM to 8 PM
Thursday: 6 PM to 8 PM
Friday: 12 PM to 8 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM
Sunday: 12 PM to 3 PM

If the cake you’d like to purchase requires special customization, please book a consultation. Please keep in mind that cakes by consultation must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance.
What if I have food allergies?
The menu is listed online for each course. Please keep in mind that Edible Notions is not a nut-free environment.
Do you deliver?
Edible Notions offer exclusive delivery service. Our delivery service is available throughout New York for all orders. Moreover, you can make an inquiry about special custom deliveries by calling our sales department at (201) 272-1922.
What is the cancellation policy if I pre-order?
All sales are final and cannot be changed as Edible Notions prepares orders as received. Orders are delivered after the scheduled pick up time.
Where do I receive my order?
You will receive your order at the designated area which you have mentioned during registration.
What are the acceptable forms of payment for Edible Notions?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express cards. In the event you experience trouble processing your payment, please contact your card provider directly.
How will I know my order has successfully been placed?
Upon completion of your order, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page that confirms your order. You will separately receive a confirmation email from Edible Notions. If you do not see this email, Please check your JUNK or SPAM box for this message before contacting the bakery or placing your order again.
What if I want to change the time to receive my order?
There are no returns, refunds, modifications, or cancellations. Once an order is placed it cannot be changed. However, if you must change your delivery time, please contact the sales team as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you within reason.
I'm not finding exactly what I'm looking for on the website, how can I go about placing a custom order?

I have allergies. How will I know which items are safe to order?
It should be noted that Edible Notions is not a nut-free environment. For details on the ingredients we work within the bakery, please contact our sales team to speak to determine which items available can accommodate your allergies.

How do I use promo codes?
Only specific promo codes can be used at checkout, once you have completed choosing your order and before you make a payment. Before you can use a promo, please check if it is still valid and not expired.
What if I need to order something today?
Custom cakes may take at least 48-72 hours to prepare, depending on the type of cake. If you need any cake or item on a very short notice, our store is well-stocked with fresh baked goods and cakes.
Do your products contain nuts?
Edible Notions is not a nut-free environment, so we suggest that anyone with any kind of allergy refrains from consuming our products. Even if a product does not contain nuts, there is always the possibility of cross-contamination.
Are you a gluten-free environment?
Edible Notions does not yet specialize in recipes for gluten-free products. However, your order can be customized with a special request.
Baked Goods Shipping Policy
Edible Notions uses only well-reputed courier services to ship orders. All orders ship the following business day. All orders must be ordered in our working days to qualify for next business day fulfillment. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We cannot fulfill international, Puerto Rico or Business Direct orders.
